Refunds & Returns
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to physical products purchased through the OWNU website. Digital subscriptions services are non-refundable.
How do I return my order?
- To create a return, please visit our Support Center.
- Once you have created your return, our team will contact you by email with instructions for packing and sending your return.
- For customers outside of the US, you will need to organise your own return (we do not offer free or prepaid returns).
- Once you have sent your return, you will need to respond to the return creation email, providing us with the tracking number. Any returned parcels sent by you without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.
- Once the return has been received and processed by our warehouse, which can take up to five working days from delivery, we will contact you with confirmation.
How long do I have to return my order?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to create a return and ship your order back to us.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately we cannot process an order exchange. If you wish to exchange a product we would recommend you place a new order and return the current one.
What if my product is faulty?
If you have received a faulty item, please create a return through our Support Center and attach images of the fault so that our team can advise you further.
How will my refund be provided?
Your refund will be to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
