A guide for you who want to be the overall fittest version of yourself while not spending hours at the gym every day. It is a functional guide with up to 60 minutes per session, 3 times a week, mixing strength and sweat. This guide is suited for an intermediate experience level and also works well towards a postpartum audience who are ready to get back into the gym again. Johanna will be doing the guide with the OWNU community users.
Continuation of the beloved and popular Lower Body Sculpt Build Guide that really drove lower body growth for Hanna. The same type of programming for optimal results but now with a shred and lean focus. Due to the guide having 3 heavy lower body workouts a week, as well as additional cardio workouts, it’s more suited towards intermediate and advanced experience levels. Hanna’s focus during the challenge will be to shred and she will do the guide with the OWNU community users.
